Entrance to Villa Lochville in Dalyan: Access to Villa Lochville is reached via a small private lane lined with trees on one side. Directly opposite the villa are four large fig trees and you are free to help yourself to the fruit when in season. There is currently only one other villa located on this lane.
Kitchen: The kitchen of Villa Lochville is spacious, bright and well appointed, which has everything that you could need, should you choose to cook during your self-catering holiday. You will find plenty of granite worktop space to prepare meals. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized frost-free fridge freezer, gas hob, fan assisted oven, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, kettle, 4 slice toaster, stainless steel cafetiere, teapot, hand blender, steam iron and ironing board. White porcelain crockery, serving bowls, glassware and cultery is provided, including plastic crockery for outdoor use. We have also provided both large and small picnic bags together with ice packs for those days on the beach, (large beach towels can also be found in the villa).
Dining Area: This very bright, spacious room has a dining area set within a bay window where you will find an extending table and six dark brown leather chairs. The dining area also has a built-in wall cabinet set into the curve of the bay window with a spot light shining onto the ornaments on the glass shelves below. The windows of the bay window are fitted with light coloured siesta blinds backed with sun block material to help keep the room cool in summer.
Living Room: The main living area is tastefully furnished with 2 settees, (one of which is a full size sofa bed), giving ample seating for 6. There is a matching coffee table and side table. The room is air conditioned and very well equipped with a 32" LCD TV, DVD player, Xbox 360 with 2 controllers, MP3 CD/radio and powerful MP3 speakers for connecting up your ipod or MP3 player. We have also provided a child friendly DVD library, music CD's, selection of books, Xbox 360 games and some board games for you to enjoy during your stay. The tilt and open window is fitted with a fly screen.
Double Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom: The large double bedroom has a double bed with quality comfortable mattress, bedside cabinets with lamps, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and straigheners. The room benefits from fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and cupboards above. There is also a full length mirror on the wall. The room has remote controlled air conditioning. All linen is provided along with a 10.5 tog duvet with crisp white Egyptian cotton duvet cover. A lighter weight dark brown duvet is also provided.
There is access through the patio doors out onto the covered terrace, the perfect place to have a quiet drink as the sun goes down. Fly screens are fitted to the tilt and open window and patio door.
Double Bedroom En-Suite Bathroom: The double bedroom benefits from having its' own large en-suite shower room with corner shower, WC, vanity unit and wash hand basin. There is also a shaver point. Cream coloured hand and guest towels are provided. A fly screen is fitted to the bathroom window.
Twin Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom: The twin bedroom has two single beds bedside cabinet with lamp, radio alarm clock and hair dryer. The room benefits from fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and cupboards above. The room has remote controlled air conditioning. All linen is provided along with 10.5 tog duvets with crisp white Egyptian cotton duvet covers. Light weight dark brown duvets are also provided. Fly screens are fitted to the tilt and open window.
Twin Bedroom En-Suite Bathroom: The twin bedroom benefits from having its' own large en-suite shower room with one metre square shower unit, WC and wash hand basin. There is also a shaver point. Cream coloured hand and guest towels are provided. A fly screen is fitted to the bathroom window.
Main Bathroom: There is a third family bathroom so that any guests sleeping on the sofa bed have their own private en-suite facilities. The bathroom if fully tiled and has white sanitary ware, including a large corner shower unit. The spacious bathroom has a shaver point and excellent storage in the large mirrored vanity unit.

Private Swimming Pool and Patio: When you rent Villa Lochville you get the private use of your own 61 square metre floodlit swimming pool, offering you the opportunity for a real swim. The depth of the shallow end is 1.3 metres and increases to 1.7 metres at the deep end. Pool towels are provided as well.
Separate Children's / Splash Pool: Villa Lochville also has its' own 6 square metre children's / splash pool, again this is for your sole use and can be floodlit in the evening. A foot pump is available in the villa for blowing up lilo's, inflatable rings etc.
Stone Built Barbeque: An impressive stone BBQ can be found close to the terrace. Utensils and metal skewers are provided.
Private Walled Garden: Contains many different flowering shrubs along with a lemon and mandarin tree.
Wooden Pagoda: In one corner of the garden there is a large wooden pagoda where you can find additional shade during the day, or just a quiet corner to read a book. There are padded cushions in the pagoda.
